2006 Fleet Prices

This is a link to the state of Oklahoma's statewide contracts. Click on SW035 for vehicles. Jeff or Polar, I'll give you $1500 over contract price for a new 3/4 ton.

How they can sell trucks at those prices and BREAK EVEN (let alone make even a small profit) is beyond me.

I'm assuming you looked at the bottom *.pdf files for pricing info. I've done my share of state bids over the years- the manufacturers are allowed to give special fleet assistance in a bid situations, so all the normal rules about "fair trade" get thrown out the window. I see Chevy threw a gazillion $$$'s at this bid ($13000 for a 1/2T V8, AT, A/C Silverado?).
