New Grille Question??!?

I just installed a stainless steel billet grill on my 03 F150. (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-03...temZ8022435293) For some annoying reason once I get up to 30mph till about 45mph it makes a loud kind of howling low whistling noise. Has anyone ever heard of this, or better yet how I could fix it??
Any input would be great!

my truck makes a whistle noise depending on how the wind is blowing, been doing it since i had it, i just turn the radio on...

make sure the grill is attached firmly. if it can move, then it can make noise. you might try to put double sided tape on the places it touches the stock grill.
