torque specifications on the exhaust manifolds

I have an exhaust leak with both of my manifolds. I can see soot on the block at both of the rear ports. My question is, what is the torque specifications on the manifolds? I am going to tighten them up before I worry about taking it in to the dealer.

Spec is 28ft lbs but they are torque to yeild studs. Having said that, I retorqued mine and seemed to stop the soot.
