Head work on 5.8

I was wondering if anyone knew the flat rate labor, in hours, to remove and replace cylinder heads on a 1995 f250 w/ 5.8. Thank you in advance.

I just did mine and it took me about 10 hours or so.I was in no rush as I had a another car to drive.It will most likely cost between 1000-1200 when all is said an done between the parts and labor.Possibly more if there are issuse with the heads.It is not a hard job except dealing with the rust on the exhaust and emmission pipes.

yes about 1200.00 plus parts. which is a easy 400.00 a head. you will be oover the cost of a new engine.
