The pump is screaming......LOUD.....the weird thing is that it's quiet until the truck warms up to temp. then it starts to get loud.....it's full of fluid.....you guys think it just needs new fluid or a new pump.......
If new pump.....do i need a puller to get the pully off of the old pump and how difficult is it.....anything i should know before diving into it???
Yes, you need a pulley remover and intaller tool to replace the pump. You can get the pump out without pulling the pulley however. You only need to swap the pulley to the new one. If you know a place that will do it for you you wont need to buy the tools.
