I live nowhere near South Lake Tahoe. I was just visiting Phoenix and my gparents are snowbirds. I live near Spokane in WAshington.

Is Washington really as depressing as everyone says it is? I am a Marine Captain and I always thought Washington would be a nice place to work

I don't think its depressing, well, as long as i take my meds. hehe, jk, seriously though i don't think its too bad. There is alot of pretty scenery and stuff, and usually plenty to do. I can think of a lot worse places to live thats for sure.
