351 identification
Hey Just getting startedwith a 79 4x4 and keep getting asked if its a 351 "m" or windsor. I know it is a 335 series motor cause it has the vertical fuel pump bolts. It is a stock truck with a 2 v carb. Can someone solve this for me. Sieff

351C,351M,400 Have the thermostat housing come out of the front of the Engine Block.
The 351 Windsor(something Like a 302),the thermostat housing comes out the top front of the Intake manifold.
