2003 6.0 needing calibration level changed for Hypertech programmer III installation?

2003 6.0 needing calibration level changed for Hypertech programmer III installation?
I've decided to go w/a simple Hypertech III programmer since I am not as knowledgeable and/or ready to mod. out my truck like U pros....yet, the 2003 6.0 powerstroke built before 09/03 (Mine) needs its computer programming/calibration level (B27.9 or later) changed {by the dealer it says} for Hypertech Power programmer III to be installed?
Any help on how to get the dealer to do this so the programmer can be installed folks?!?!?!?

Sounds to me like your truck idle is rough and the transmission is slow on shifting. Your dealer should be able to help you when you take it in for service.
If you have a standard transmission the above shifting issue does not apply.
