Carb throttle and trans kickdown adapters?
Hey guys I am getting ready to put a 4bbl intake and 600 cfm Edelbrock carb on my truck. I know I need the adapters but I find too many on summit and dont know witch to get. Its a 77 F 150 with a 400 and a c6.

The standard ball stud will work for the throttle linkage. You will also need the kickdown adapter for a Ford. It bolts to the outside of the carb linkage. You may have to bend the kickdown rod a bit to line it up, but it wirks fine. I have one on my 77. If you want to run a carb spacer, use a 1" 4-hole type. These can help throttle response and also keep heat from the carb in the summer.
