i have one it was back in the jack area when i bought mine, i have never used it! if i am not mistaken it hooks on the roof racks they have a place at each corner. correct me if i am wrong! like i said i have never used mine just seen it back there

My XLT did not come with a net, but I bought one on ebay.
If memory serves me, the only ones your Ford dealer can get are tan in color...I wanted black.
The hooks are in the rear cargo area of my '05 XLT. I have never heard of attaching them to the roof rack..they are for internal use.

does anyone want to sell their if they dont use it? i will try ford also, but i dont a part number listed for it. i believe the net is for interior use only also.

My '00 XLT came with a black one that I never used. The '05 (with the cargo pkg.) was supposed to come with one, as well as the reversible cargo mat. The strap must have been misplaced. I still have the old one which has never been used and may never be used, but I'll still hang on to it.

caddys83...very interesting, a new one on me. My Ex only came with the two cross pieces, and I took them off right away as they were laying on the paint. I'll never use them anyhow.
When i ordered my '05, the cargo package was not available in an XLT...only in Ltds and EBs, if memory serves. I ahve the dealer ordering paperwork here somewhere and could look it up.
