Need help quickly, pls
I have an appt with a local service shop (non ford) tomorrow morning to get the starter replaced, but while it is there, I want to have him either service or inspect other components.
I have a front end squeak, not sure it is the shocks or something else. I also have sticky rear pumpkin clutches, but i don't think a lube change will fix it.
I guess my question is this, it's a 98 exped 4x4 5.4 liter with 83000 miles.
what are the problem areas that i should have him focus on? He said somethign about bad ball joints and a need to lube the pitman arm. maybe lube both. you agree? The suspension seems to have some play or loseness in it, so i want him to look at that too.
any routine or common problem areas or things for him to pay attention to are what i am looking for.
