Window Channel Kit Question
I am getting close to final paint on my '50 F-1. Is it best to install the window kit and anti-rattlers before final paint or after. I was leaning toward waiting until the final paint is done.

I'm about in the same place as you are. I'm gonna wait till I lay my paint on first so that I don't get any overspray on the felt,top of glass, or the new division bars. The only other thought that crosses my mind is I hope I don't scratch my new paint putting in the clips or the division bar. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. That's my 2 cents.

I'd wait until after you paint it. You'll cover the area that the window channel covers with paint, and you won't risk over spray on the felt. When you put the felt in, tape up any sharp edges and take your time. No need to be in a rush at that stage of the game.
