losing MPG????

I have a 03 superduty 4x4 crew cab long bed w/ 7.3L. My MPG have dropped down to around 13 on the highway. Totally empty, running 70MPH. The only nonstock item on the truck is the tires, they are 305/70R15. Anyone have any ideas?

Winter blend fuel without additives to bring cetane up - loss of about 3 MPG, more 4*4 - about 2 MPG, extended warm ups - 2 MPG. Depending our your fuel and weather, road conditions this may account for it. Also, your tire curcumferance is a bit higher, so effective gear ratio will cost a little.

What were you getting before for MPG?

I am getting about 15 mpg.Cold starts and winter blend does not seem to be as
good.My truck never got better than 18 mpg.16 mpg seems to be realistic
for 00 F250 7.3.I tend to drive it.
