door buzzer

door buzzer

I have a 94 f150 can i unhook the buzzer and everything else still work? also any suggestions on doing this? thanks

Just unplug it. Everything should still work.

Then he'll lose the headlight warning light, not something he wants. There's a wire in the steering column that you can cut, but I don't remember which one. I know it's been brought up here before, a search should find it.

I unplugged it on my 92...then installed day time running light relay about 8 years later.

when I bought my 94 it was unplugged, seems to me it was just under the ashtray against the firewall.I plugged mine back in, like andym says you'll lose your head light buzzer, as annoying as that buzzer is, it has remined me on occasion to shut off the lights
