I have a 1998 Windstar and want to put sheepskin covers over the existing seats (they are getting warn). However I can not figure out how to remove the arm rest to get the covers over the seats. Anyone have any suggestions on removing the arm rests and/or installing the seat covers.

You might want to try to download the factory manual for your year at www.fordcds.com and there should be a diagram how to do it.
