Hey Scoot !!

well @ a static of 11 to 1 cr. 108LSA gives me a Dynamic of 7.72 and about 7.54 with a 110LSA..and the 110* has a loss of about 20ft.lbs of Tq down low and only picks up 3 hp on the big end.. As I remember Jay saying not to go over 8.0 Dynamic to try and keep it pump gas friendly..But I think? I still might have to mix even tho we have 93 pump gas here... I might have to thro in a couple gallons of Toulene, tranny fluid, and some mineral spirits!! LOL..
Oh thats what I was going to ask you?? Have you done a Sim..on your Intake and Induction system..to see what kind of Hg resistants you have in your Induction at WOT? I have been told to keep it under 1.0Hg if at all possible and I had it down to .5Hg until I went to the longer Arm..and now its back up to .7Hg at 6000rpm..
But I think thats likelyto fall a little once the intake is port matched to the heads? I have plenty of Carb for it..So it either going to larger primaries on the headers or to much resistance in the intake? I guess time will tell....LOL.. Oh by the way..thats 510.64 Cubes to you bud! LOL..
By the way..Doug wanted me to go Billet crank, He said thats the only thing that would hold up...and I say BS too..Not if Jay is running a Scat! I dont know about him sometimes? Oh and then he tried to talk me out of the Oliver rods and go with Scat with upgraded bolts? and run Diamond Piston from Eric instead of Probes..he said Probes were more...Now I do know better than that..Probes are about $200 a set cheaper than Diamonds..So I guess using Doug will be a washout.. I'am glad you had a good experience with him..and the prices he quoted were know better than over the counter from Flatlander?
I thought members got a 10% discount? Oh well, I just thought I would tell you my experience with Doug..No Biggy..

Yep. And mine is 511.12. Half a cube bigger! Wooohooooo! I win!
As to your dynamic. I agree with Jay. Keep it at or below 8.0 and you should be fine, especially with aluminum heads, on 93 octane.

Thanks for turning me onto the Cam Brian..it looks good on the puter ?? Think I can pick-up a Cube with a bigger Velocity stacks?? LMAO!!
Russ.......
And Matt...you'll be 2nd inline for the Mule!! and Kurt... As far as tires go? I'll either have to try and run 12.5 X 28 X 16" M/T Slicks..Or change the Rearend end to accomodate a larger tire??
Oh and Scoot I was told today that the Gliddens dont need a one of a kind Rocker..that Any High Riser will work? But I can get the Dove's for them for $750...
And what did you say the Spring Pressure was on your Cam..I know you didnt have too change them after all?
Thanks,
Russ

The springs are 206 on the seat and 576 at .700.
It's difficult to use my springs as a comparison since I'm running the titanium valves. It's probably better to use Jays springs as a model.
Also, that's good news on the rockers for the Glidden heads.
