High Idle

My truck starts fine and runs fine, but after the engine has warmed up and I put it in park to turn the engine off, it revs up to 2000 rpm. I am thinking there is a hot idle screw or something, but I haven't messed with the carb before so I don't know where it is. Any advice?

Cold engine! Remove the air cleaner and spray choke cleaner on the carb linkage. Make sure every thing works easily, then use a little 3in1 oil on the moving parts. Just for grins, check the motor mounts.

I checked the butterfly and sprayed it generously with gum-out as well as spraying the butterfly linkage. It seems that it is a little sticky and the trouble appears to be coming from the electic choke on the left side of the carb where the butterfly linkage attaches. Can I replace the electric choke easilly, or will the carb have to come off? Thanks for any help.
