Casey, I really appreciate your reply,
If you don’t mind can you please give me similar statistical figure for crew cab F350? I am trying to see if F350's 8 foot long bed fits onto F550 crew cab with out any major modification, of course with gap( aroung 5+ foot long) between crew cab and the bed.

The f350 pickup has a different frame as a f550. I believe the rails on a 550 are straight to fit all the aftermarket truck boxes. There are companys that do custom conversions that install boxes to fit larger trucks and it appears they have heavy modifications to make it fit and look right. Bill
