Lug Nuts
If i were to go from a factory steel wheel on my 02 F250 to a factory aluminum wheel could i still use my steel wheel lug nuts or would i have to get a different set for the sluminum wheels?

When I go from the factory aluminum wheel to the factory steel spare on my '00 I use the same lug nuts. Don't know why you couldn't do the same. There's nothing special about the lug nuts and they are covered by the center cap.
