intermittent electrical problem

intermittent electrical problem
hello all, im new to this forum and hope someone can help me with this problem with my 2001 f-150..when its cold in the mornings like under 20 degrees my stereo and windshield wipers wont work till i run the truck for 15 to 30 minutes.it is factory stereo...has anyone experianced this??does anyone have a clue what could cause this??thanks in advance..Terry ( wyorm1mechenic@yahoo.com )..any tips or ideas would be appreciated..
