The driver seat is no longer working, the light on the switch comes on but the seat does not heat up. Any ideas on where to start? Thanks for the help. Oh! if it makes a difference the other seat is working fine.

Garff, if you search for my user name, you will see a detailed discussion about this. In my instance the coil was burned through on the seat pad in a couple of places. I did replace the coil and the seat pad. It's not to difficult, but kind of spendy. Good luck. if you need any help or photo's just let me know.
