In the still cool hours of the night,
you can hear chevys rusting away.

Beautiful Truck, But why the Chebbie Engine? Come on man your breaking my heart here John guide this man on to the right path, there is help for him yet! lol.
(just giving you a rough time Joe, seriously though, Nice F1 )
You got my Vote.
Come on folks......vote for the Ford Truck!
Let's show 'em that trucks rule!!
Vote #4.
Truth about the truck....I bought the truck for my wife for a Christmas gift(surprise). Not being mechanically inclined, I figured it was 100% Ford when I bought it from the wife of the owner. (She told me it was a restored Ford F-1)
I am new to this hot rod thing..It was not until I went to my first car show, that I was told that it had Chevy parts. OK, OK, so I admit, I bought the truck for its shine, and sound.
OK, I am an impulse buyer....others may say fool, but I got a Ford truck, unless they look under the hood, no one knows.
So...I ask again, PLEASE vote for the Ford Truck...vote #4.
Joe,
I voted for you even though you got that grenade engine in there. Did it cause it is a Ford truck and all the other hot rod rigs had chevys in them too. If there had of been a 50 F-100 with a 390 in it you wouldn't have got the vote. Don't guess we can vote for you more than once huh?
You know what I haven't seen in a while, A built Flathead! That sounds like a cool project. I had a teacher in school who had a 50 F1 and a 40 coupe that were both restored immaculatly. He also had a 36 Ford stock car that had a built flathead in it. I always thought they were cool.
Brad, you might get along pretty good with my wife maybe she won't smack you around thats what she wants me toi put in the 40 LOL I told her its easier with a 302 John
lol, I would stick with the 302 also. I hear that flatty parts can be pricey. I am all about merging Classic vehicles with modern technology anyway. If Henry Ford had made a fuelie 302 in 1940 I am sure he would have put on in it.
