best tire selection

As you can see, I am running a set of 39" Swamper TSL's. I really don't need this much meat under the truck anymore. I tow a 19' open car hauler with 6 ATV's on it. I need a nice tire that pulls decent in the mud, but won't dig to China on the beach. What would you recommend?

Avon Mud Terrain SXT- Decent riding but not a whimpy tire by any means. Slightly more aggressive than most A/T's.
