E/Sport Replacing Lower Ball Joints

E/Sport Replacing Lower Ball Joints
Which way would be the easiest? Removeing the lower arms/torsion bars or pushing the half shafts out of the hub to replace the lower ball joints? Any one have experience doing the change either way? Pro / Cons?????
