Hey Guys. This is one sweet board for ford trucks.
How much looking am I going to do to find a 88-97 f350 crew cab,460, 4x4, manual tranny? I don't really care if it's a regular or dulley. I've been looking around but it seems alot of the crew cabs are not 4x4 especially the duallies. Also are there certain years of that body style that are better than others?

good luck on your search, check the auto traders site and punch in any distance from your postal code, there's usually alot of trucks on there. the only differerance I really noticed between the 87-91 and the 93-97 besides looks ( I own one of each) is I find the dashs in the 93-97 aren't as solid as the 87-91 dashs

You should be able to find one fairly easy, but they're not as common as a plain jane F-150. Autotrader is good, craigslist.org might be good, depending on your area, ebay if you don't mind travelling is good too. Ebay is also good if you live in a rusty state and want a nice clean truck that you wouldn't ordinarily find locally.
Also, the HD trucks were used as work trucks. Work trucks generally get abused pretty bad, so you'll pay a premium if you want one in nice shape.
