the main difference is the larger exhaust housing, for a better top-end flow. more boost, less backpressure, and more equal drive pressure to boost pressure. you can run up to 45 pounds on a non-ballbearing turbo. plus, it is non-wastegated. i BELIEVE it doesnt have a EBPV either, but i may be wrong.
