I have a 68 f100 360cid 2wd. I think i need new brake pads in the front. When i brake sometimes it will make a lound grinding sound on and off. Then when i shut the truck off it will do it for about a 1 second long. Also when it isnt making that grinding sound when i brake it kinda makes a rotating smooth grinding sound. Is it harad to replace brake pads? Will i have to lift the truck up. Please help.
You will have to lift the truck enough to get the tires off. You might want to get someone to help you, your brakes are critical to your and others that you meet health.
