Suspension lift installation

I am installing Superlifts, 4 inch suspension lift on a 1986 F250 4x4. The questionable area is the Height Sensing Break Proportioning Valve on the rear axle? The rear axle is Fords Sterling 10.25 ring gear with limited slip and is semi-floating. What is the proper way to adjust this area? Perhaps a spacer block between the top of the bracket and the bottom of the frame? Axle angle to frame are changing, what would be the right height of the spacer block? If this is the method to restore the valves proper operation.

Is there some kit sold to address this issue? What about the front and rear rubber break lines that need to be longer?

Thanks Gostride
