Very cool man. Did you find that it was expensive to build? I am wanting to build my own too, and although I dont want much for a expensive case or anything, I do want a decent computer.

it wasnt that bad. I found some seriously good deals on it, so ive built it over a couple of months time. I found the processor and a mother board, even though i didnt use the mother board for 90 bucks. i just got my demon 520watt power supply, paid 30 for it, got the 200 gig at staple for 90 bucks. Already had the ram, but you can find pretty good deals on that stuff usually. You can find a basic case for like 30 bucks shipped. You might look on www.geeks.comwww.globalcomputer.com for some deals.

Thats out in the garage, notice the kid sleepin on the floor in one of the pics, ddint notice that till now. yeah, its a little bit messy from workin on stuff in there, cause its heated.
I would definitely have to recommend Newegg for computer parts. Not only do I know them as a customer but I work with them on a fairly regular basis. Great company, products, support and people.

Couldn't agree more. Great prices, products and service. And things seem to ship pretty quick, too.
Tiger Direct is shady. I wouldn't deal with them unless you absolutely have to (you're poisoned and dying and Tiger Direct contains the only antidote). There are plenty of better places to shop.
I just had my first dealings with TigerDirect. Bought a 19" LCD monitor and a UPS, they came yesterday. Only thing so far is that the monitor had $100.00 rebate, and it wasn't till I got the thing that I discovered the rebate only applies if you order and receive the item by the rebate expiration date. I ordered the 23rd, it wasn't shipped till the 26th which put me past the deadline of the 30th. I think I just wound up paying 100 bucks more for this thing than I'd planned.
Andrew, I did notice the body sacked out on the floor. Thought it was a pile of dirty laundry at first, then thought it might be someone you offed for messing with your stuff...!
