Are there any differences in a 02vs03 4x4 crewcab f150 5.4l????

Also what size bilstein shocks fit a 4x4 cc with a 6 in lift?

Thanks for all the help

There are some differences. The 02- has different interior "Oh Crap" handles. The glove box is different. But those are just cosmetic. The bigger changes are under the hood. The 03 got new heads that have more spark plug thread depth. They also changed the brake master cylinder for the cruise switch. On my 03, the switch points straight up. On the older models, it's down at about 8 o'clock. I think the heads are also PI (Police Interceptor - More Power) heads for the 03. Not sure when exactly that started though.

Can't help you on the lift. I'm staying at stock height.
