04 XLT power outlets

04 XLT power outlets
2004 XLT Expedition 4WD / AWD with center console
I am having a problem with the power outlets in my wife's 04 Expedition. I pulled the center console out and traced the wires back here's what I have.
1. The power outlet in the little pocket (cubby hole) is dead - no power to the hot wire (blue with white stripe), the ground is verified good.
2. The power outlet on the passenger side of the console is good - power and good ground to both the black wire and the purple wire with pink stripe.
3. All outlets are powered off of fuse #39 (20 amp)
The fuse blew while on a trip for no reason, we replaced the fuse and used the side power outlet for a while (the top one had no power) then that one died as well. I was wondering if anyone knew of any known problem areas with the accessory wiring and what they did to fix it. Thanks in advance for any insight.
