Static straps; just like they used back in the sixties and seventies.
When I lived in the desert (4% humidity), I used to get zapped real good.
I'd just slapped the door **** or what ever part of the building I was near.

In the winter when I'm prone to getting zapped, I just touch the door on my way out of the vehicle with my knuckle, it seems to hurt/surprise me less than if I got zapped on the tips of my fingers. Not that I really care--it doesn't hurt THAT much. (I could understand, though, if you're a wimpy Chuvy owner
