i need a tranny vacuum line for a '69 ford with a 390 and C6
any suggestions on how to find this difficult to locate piece?
and also, how many pints of tranny fluid in that C6? the book says 12.5 quarts, is this correct? sorry about my ignorance but i am new to this mechanical stuff. thanks for all the help!

I doubt if you can find the vacuum line, except in a wrecking yard. And then it will probably be beyond use. I suggest getting a section of small diameter steel tubing from an auto parts store (brake line?), a tubing bender, and fabricating one.
