2000 Jeep has eratic starting

2000 Jeep has eratic starting
Just wondering if anyone may have any ideas. Sometimes it starts fine and other times it will not start at all. No clicking noises or anything, the radio face and interior lights will go out. I thought it might be the starter relay, but wasn't. It is a Grand Cherokee, 4.0, automatic. Any help or ideas would be great. Thanks. I wish my girlfriend would have bought a Ford.

Sounds like you may have some wiring issues. The electrical systems in Wranglers and Cherokees were rated less than stellar for years by Comsumer Reports. I had electrical problems with my 99 Cherokee and 2000 Wrangler.
