Trani flush

Ok so I need to change the fluid on my trani and tranfer case. I need to know what oil for the trani and if I need to buy a filter. its a 93 F150 with 5.8L W with 5 speed auto. Jsut need to know the oil and maybe an additive?

You have the E4OD 4 speed auto. Ford has never built an F150 with a 5 speed auto.

I knew it was only a 4 speed I was testing you. Haha Yea Im completely ignorant to an auto tranny. Thanks for the link.
