Sure hope everyone had a good thanksgiving. Now i need a smaller dia. steering wheel.

I was wondering if front end spindles from a 53 F100 would work on a 48 F1.
A friend of mine is putting a MII front end under his 53 and his original straight axle has been converted to power disc brakes. If spindles would work then i could have a cheaper alternitive than buying a new brake kit.
