V-Belt swap??

V-Belt swap??
I had a young fresh out of school dude put a 302 in my truck. He removed the v-belt and put a serpintine belt on. My question is which direction is the water pump, altinator, and power steering suppose to turn in. The way he has got it going is... everything is going clockwise except for the waterpump it's going counterclockwise. Is that right???
