Warranty Help
My brother has a 2001 Extended cab with some issues. He's tried to get help through two dealers, but both of them gave him the run around. But he has paint peeling on the hood. It started under the engine and is now coming around the top.
He also has the paint coming off at the bottom of his door. I thought I remember a TSB on this issue. Something about the door not draining right. Can someone point me to that?
The truck is now out of warranty, but my brother has documented the crap out of it. So I think if he can get the right person to bitch at, it might still get covered. So does someone have a 800# he could call? He's in the Wisconsin area if that helps. Between that and hopefully the TSB, he might be able to get something done.
Otherwise, he has a truck with low miles and a crappy paint job.
