Welcome to FTE and the Big Bronco Forum. There are many many threads on this topic. Check out the FAQ's at the top of the forum list here. There are a couple of good links for troubleshooting and repairing the rear window and more information has been posted about this problem than anything else. You might also try a search of this forum for more info.
Given it just suddenly quit, I'd make certain the driver's side latch is fully engaged before assuming there is something worse wrong with it. If the latch doesn't fully engage, the window will not move...its a fail-safe device so you can't inadvertantly close the window with the tailgate open.

What greystreak said. There is a safety switch inside the tailgate that senses if the tailgate is closed all the way by the position of the drivers side latch. This has been a common prob. I used to have to close my tailgate harder about once every 3 months to get the window to close. Try closing it harder or push in on the drivers side of the tailgate while using the key switch. If it works, then you prob is related to the safety switch. It could be you need a new bushing on the strike bolt, or the switch itself is going. Both are pretty cheap to replace.
