Meyers E47 snow plow problems
Good evening,
I recently purchased a 1974 F250, equipped with a Meyers E47 plow. The plow was working in the up, left and right directions, but would not go down. I investigated the wiring and a couple wires were loose. I "tightened" the nuts on the wires and now I don't have any power....ANYWHERE!!!! My question, does anyone have access to a wiring diagram or installation directions for this unit? If I had these, it would make tracking the problem a little easier.

Go the meyers site. They have an excellent manual you can down load. It tells you how the wiring works, and also tells you how the hydraulics work and how to tear it down. It's a rather large download, but it's worth it. I have one of those plows myself.
