Transmission
My 94 Aero won't stay in OD gear.It might stay in gear for 200 miles in cruise
then it kicks out of gear.If I pull off the road and turn it off it will go into OD
for a while then start back into kicking out of gear after a while.Anybody got
any suggestions onwhat to do other than put another tranny in it?

It might not be your tranny that's acting up. When it kicks out of OD in cruise, are you going uphill? If so, the cruise control is supposed to do that.
If it kicks out of OD while you're driving on level road without hard acceleration, I would suspect the 3-4 shift solenoid, not the tranny.

I think it is more an electical problem because when I pull over and shut the engine
off and restart it,It shifts into OD for a while then starts kicking out of OD.Also when
it's in cruise in OD,it kicks off the cruise and goes into 3rd gear.

Welcome 
The A4LD is not electronically controlled. It sounds like your 3-4 solinoid is going out, or the electrical connectors are coroded. Are you getting a CE light? What is your fluid color and level?
