Door lock problems 98 explorer

This morning went to unlock my truck, and ALL the locks went HAYWIRE switching open and closed repeatedly. The only way I could get them to stop was by removing the fuse. I have had the drivers side rear door lock slipping to where I would have to unlock and lock it manually on occasion. By all of the locks going NUTS, would that be an indication that I need to replace that door accuator???
