Deciphering codes, Help!

Hey guys, I have an 89 F-250 351 Auto 4X4 that will not stay running. It will idle for a while and than die. Based on reading through the forums recently it sounds like there are a few things that are possibilities. I pulled the codes
KOEO 63 24 85 and CM 34 63
I was wanting to get some of you experienced guys imput on where I should start first and if you have any part store recommendations or where to avoid. Thanks alot in advance for the help.

I would fix the 63 TPS code first. I've had the best luck with OEM Motorcraft parts from the dealer and NAPA parts.

Does that diesel have a computer? It's a mechanical diesel, but I don't know if Ford used a computer on it or not - I'm thinking not but don't know enough to say for sure. Check out the diesel-specific forum farther down the main page. They can tell you for sure.
