i would think that they would work, since SD's havent changed much, but i think that you would be hard pressed to find a 6.0 cooler' since most of them are still in use.

you could always try ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Huge-...QQcmdZViewItem

Yes, it will fit with some modifications to the intercooler pipe connections at intercooler hot and cold inlet/outlets. You'll need to do some cutting of the pipes and purchase new boots.
Benefits from this conversion have had mixed reviews and is debated frequently on other sites/Frorums/threads.

Nothing bad so say about my 6oh cooler, i gave 255 brand new for mine direct from ford (price has went up since i bought mine). Ive heard of people complaining they leak or plastic endtanks blowing off, but hey if my 45-50 psi hasnt broke them yet i dont know what will.

A bigger surface area is always better. Someone might have the specs on the 7.3 vs. the 6.0. I've also heard people buying the 6.0 Banks Technicooler for their 7.3 since its bigger than the Banks 7.3 intercooler.
