Thumbs up New project

I am beginning a new project that will immortalize our trucks. If you would like to participate in this project, please contact me. It requires very good photographs of your truck along with a good description. Let me know, John.

I will use trucks in any condition. Original stock, almost wornout original stock, restored, any phase of rebuild (preferably somewhat assembled, but any phase), before rebuild began. Most any condition will do. I will sort them out accordingly while putting this together. Even some salvage yard trucks would be fine as well. I will put some examples in an album when I can. 4cammer,do you still have the stepside? Whatever it is, good photos as if it were going to be a feature truck is what I am after.

I have started a rebuilding journal for my truck. Anytime I do something new to it, I first take pictures (that is if it is going to look different, i.e. rebuilding the carb doesn't get any pictures but changing out the muffler does) and I am doing a written journal, about all the changes and the money that it is taking to do so. I know that I am along way from getting her where I want her to be, so I am not sure that I would qualify for what your looking for. However, if all you want is pictures, and its is going to take quite abit of time, then I'd be interested.

Thumbs up

dave, this will be an ongoing project with several versions along the way. I may use some project shots during this. If you have some before pictures that are pretty good, some during of a milestone in the rebuild, then they would work and of course when it is complete, that's when the showoff pictures would be used. I haven't set any boundries on what I will use. I have the idea of what I want to do, but I will let the pictures, trucks and owners decide the path. I have owned these trucks since 1979 and am just now getting around to a project like this. Since I can't work on my trucks right now, I can work on a project like this. It will be a publication of some kind or several kinds. Thanks, John.

Crewzmaster, now that I got my gallery up and running, I'll keep my project pics of "Shawdow" updated. I am a restore/project kinda guy, I just hadn't had the opportunity. I always thought that I'd be restoring a 1962 micro bus, but amount a month or so ago, my neighbor up and gives me this 1967 F100. Now, my wife, who hates the vw bus, is excited about the f100 restoration project and is encouraging me to move forward with it. I just picked up a new cleaning account for my business, that is allowing me to take the next 3 months off of my main job and open up some extra dollars and time. So, maybe things will be changing with Shadow here real quickly. I am stoked.
