Fender patch panels? Where to get?

Fender patch panels? Where to get?
Does anybody make a patch panel for the rear of the front fender where it meets the running board? I have found the little extender pieces that go on the inside but I need to replace the lower portion of the fender itself. It looks like swiss cheese where it meets the boards.

I know that Sacramento Vintage Ford carries them... http://www.vintage-ford.com. Parts # 08117-7 and 08117-8, $85 each.
