I do not have the owner's manual, and no much people know about this truck here, i think is the only one in town, i am in Tucuman, Argentina, till now my brother and i made all the fixes to the truck, but now i fill a little hard the transmission when i shiift the gears.

Would look about a synthetic like Royal Purple. Will not foam up as bad. You may be getting a vibration in the trans from something slightly bent. This will make the fluid foam up and the transmission will shift harder.
Is the hard shifting at all times or only after driving awhile? Highway speeds or city type driving?
Also think these trucks have a hydralic clutch and you may wanna check the fluid level and possibly bleed the system.
Synthetic oil here are very expensive. I notice the oil that have the transmission now is not an ATF.
The hard shifting is worst at the morning, when I **** to second gear, but then all the time is a little hard.
per my Ford Manual, a ZF should use Dexron III/Mercon AT fluid. however, when i did my last flush, i threw in some Royal Purple Manual Transmission fluid and it really helped smooth out my shifts and eliminate grinding when i try to shift quickly.
