01 Ford Explorer Sport help!
First off I know absolutely nothing about fixing cars so any advice would be appreciated. I actually have two problems with my 01 explorer sport that has about 68k on it.
1.) There's a every loud squeeking/rubbing/grinding noise that comes from the front when i break and when I turn the wheel while breaking and parking. If my foot isnt on the break then it sounds fine. What are some things that could be causing this? Break pads maybe?
2.) This second one is probably my fault. I had a blowout on my way from Baton Rouge to New Orleans and when i got back to New Orleans I only purchased one new tire. Then I took a trip back to baton rouge but this time on my way back to New Orleans I't was raining very hard. Long story short I made a sharp turn and my explorer fishtaled and ever since i've been hereing the slight noise coming from the back tires. I have no clue what it is.

#2, not sure. Could be you lost one of the weights used to balance the tire and now it's vibrating causing a noise. Other than that, no idea.

I had my front brake pads change on wednesday and I ended up needing a new rotor on the left side and I need new ball joints....as for the sound coming from the back tires I'm going to have that check on monday.
