Question key sticks in ignition?

Heh-has anyone ever had an ignition key stick in the ignition when switching off the truck/ 2002 EX 7.3 42k. Sometimes, the key will not turn off all the way as to remove the key when parking. Feels like it sticks in the accessory position. If you turn the key to run and back off again, it will usually allow the key lock to return to the off position so you can remove the key. BTW, the shift lever IS all the way in the park position. Thoughts?

I had the same thing happen to mine and had to have the switch replaced. Instead of going to a dealer, I went to a locksmith and they ordered the switch. When it came in, they keyed to my key, so I didn't have to replace all door locks.
