Horsepower

How much horsepower will you gain by changing a 2 barrel carburator and castiron intake to a 4 barrel carburator and an aluminum intake on a 351m motor?

I would guess maybe anywhere from 10- 25 horsepower.

Headers would give you about 10-25 lbs of tor.

I dont know the actual numbers, but I had a stock 351M (minus the emissions stuff) and I put on an eldebrock 400 aluminum intake and holley truck avenger 670 and the biggest air filter that would fit on it. It opened up the top end quite a bit, allowed it to breath much better. When I put on full-length dynomax headers it seemed to help more through the full range. I am still wanting to put a new cam in and 400 parts.
